Abstract:
The present invention improves photoelectric conversion efficiency. A solid-state imaging device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a first substrate (410) which is provided with a photoelectric conversion part that generates an electrical charge by performing photoelectric conversion of incident light; a second substrate (420) which is bonded to the first substrate, while being provided with at least a part of a pixel circuit that generates a voltage signal based on the electrical charge generated at the photoelectric conversion part; and a first metal wiring line (M1) which is arranged on the reverse side from the first substrate, with the second substrate being interposed therebetween. The pixel circuit comprises: an electrical charge storage part (FD) that accumulates the electrical charge generated at the photoelectric conversion part; an amplifier transistor (33) that converts the electrical charge accumulated in the electrical charge storage part into a voltage having a voltage value corresponding to the amount of the electrical charge; a reset transistor (32) that discharges the electrical charge accumulated in the electrical charge storage part; first through electrodes (112a to 112d) that penetrate the second substrate from the first metal wiring line, and are connected to the electrical charge storage part; and a first wiring line (133) that connects the first through electrodes and a gate electrode of the amplifier transistor to each other.
