Abstract:
A solubilized skin-cleansing composition containing the following components (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), and (F): (A) 7-30% by mass of a non-ionic surfactant having an HLB of 6-18; (B) 0.1-4% by mass of a fatty acid salt in terms of fatty acid; (C) 5-20% by mass of an oil; (D) 10-60% by mass of a water-soluble solvent; (E) 0.1-6% by mass of a base selected from tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, aminomethyl propanol, aminomethyl propanediol, arginine, lysine, histidine, tryptophan, and ornithine; and (F) 5-40% by mass of water, the content ratio (B)/(A) of component (B) to component (A) being 0.06-0.35.
