Abstract:
A solvent-free preparation method for an oxidative coupling high-temperature antioxidant, the specific preparation steps being as follows: adding N-phenyl-α-methylnaphthylamine or alkylated N-phenyl-α-methylnaphthylamine and an alkylated diphenylamine compound to a reaction container, the molar ratio thereof being 1:0.2-4.0; establishing a vacuum, heating to 80-160°C to melt the materials, and starting stirring; at a reaction temperature of 80-160°C, adding an oxidative coupling catalyst, and reacting for 3-10 h; after the reaction ends, slowly establishing a vacuum to 2 mmHg, heating to 160-200°C, and removing the catalyst so as to obtain a yellow-brown solid product. The described preparation method employs a direct melting reaction of raw materials, and an oxidative coupling catalyst plays both roles of a reaction solvent and a catalyst, no additional organic solvent being needed; the materials are uniformly mixed, the reaction conditions are mild, and the reaction effect is good.
