Abstract:
A sorter having a demagnetizing function, according to the disclosed present invention, comprises: a raw material supply member having an end portion connected to a supply pipe so as to supply a powdered raw material; an electromagnetic force generation member arranged in the supply pipe so as to generate the electromagnetic force inside the supply pipe; a filter member positioned at the end portion of the raw material supply member so as to attach fine metal powder included in the powdered raw material; a power supply unit for supplying, to the electromagnetic force generation member, power for magnetization; and a demagnetization control unit for controlling the power supply of the power supply unit to the electromagnetic force generation member by a polarity that is opposite to the polarity applied during the generation of the electromagnetic force in order to demagnetize the filter member. According to the present invention, fine metal powder included in a powdered raw material is sorted out by magnetism, and then, for demagnetization, power is supplied with the opposite of the polarity generated during magnetization, and thus a separate demagnetizer is unnecessary.
