Abstract:
A sorting and pallet turning device, a sorting system and a sorting method. The sorting and pallet turning device comprises a base (10), a bearing mechanism (20) and a limiting mechanism (30). The base (10) is used for being arranged on a transmission mechanism (40). The bearing mechanism (20) comprises a cargo bearing part (21) and a rotating shaft part (22), wherein the cargo bearing part (21) is provided with a cargo bearing position, and the center of gravity of the cargo bearing part (21) and the cargo bearing position are both positioned on the same side of the rotating shaft part (22); and the rotating shaft part (22) is hinged to the base (10), such that the bearing mechanism (20) can rotate relative to the base (10) under the self-gravity action of the cargo bearing part (21) or rotate relative to the base (10) under the shared gravity action of the cargo bearing part (21) and the cargo borne thereby. The limiting mechanism (30) is arranged at a side of the rotating shaft part (22) away from the cargo bearing part (21) and is used for overcoming or releasing the gravity of the cargo bearing part (21), such that the bearing mechanism (20) is kept in a cargo bearing state or switched to an inclined unloading state.
