Abstract:
Disclosed is a sorting and placing mechanism for an electronic product, the sorting and placing mechanism comprising a material-taking assembly, wherein the material-taking assembly comprises a plurality of suction nozzles (1) arranged along the same horizontal line, each suction nozzle (1) is connected to a ventilation rod (13) extending vertically upwards, and an outer surface of the ventilation rod (13) is provided with a spline section (14); and a moving mechanism connected to the material-taking assembly, wherein the moving mechanism drives each suction nozzle (1), and each suction nozzle (1) has a degree of freedom of vertical linear reciprocating motion and a degree of freedom of rotation around an axis of the respective ventilation rod (13). Each spline section (14) is in contact with a horizontally arranged first transmission belt (10), and each first transmission belt (10) is driven by a first rotating electric motor (3). Each spline section (14) is provided with a clamp block (11). The clamp block (11) drives the ventilation rod (13) to move vertically. A vertically arranged second transmission belt (12) is clamped by the clamp block (11). Each second transmission belt (12) forms two sections of parallel vertical belts, and the clamp block (11) is fixed to one of the vertical belts.
