Abstract:
A sound barrier unit board (1000) and a sound barrier system, wherein the sound barrier unit board (1000) comprises a panel (1), a back plate (2), a profile frame, and a sound-absorbing assembly (20) and a rubber member; the profile frame is composed of two cross beams (4) arranged at intervals and a plurality of vertical beams (6) arranged between the two cross beams (4); the cross beams (4) have oppositely arranged slots, and the two slots respectively accept the panel (1) and the back plate (2), so that the panel (1) and the back plate (2) are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the profile frame to form a unit board housing; and the rubber member includes adhesive strips (10) between frame plates arranged between the panel (1) and the cross beam (4) and between the back plate (2) and the cross beam (4), and adhesive strips (11) between unit plates arranged in crossbeam bearing slots (19); the sound-absorbing assembly (20) is inserted between two adjacent vertical beams (6); the sound barrier system includes a plurality of sound barrier steel columns (400) arranged at intervals, and at least one sound barrier unit plate (1000) is arranged in between two adjacent sound barrier steel columns (400). The sound barrier unit plate (1000) and the sound barrier system can effectively weaken the pulsating peak load of the train, are convenient to install, have better sound absorption performance, and improve the weather resistance, structural safety and fatigue life of the sound barrier.
