Abstract:
Provided is a technology which improves a decoded sound signal by using a sound signal obtained from another code, when there is the sound signal obtained from the other code that is derived from the same signal and is different from a code that is the origin for obtaining the decoded sound signal. A refined common signal is generated by refining a signal (hereinafter, referred to as a decoded sound common signal), which is obtained by down-mixing decoded sound signals of respective channels, by using a monaural decoded sound signal, and, in the respective channels, a refined decoded sound signal is generated by subtracting the decoded sound common signal from the decoded sound signal, and adding the refined common signal.
