Abstract:
Provided are: modified soybeans having a reduced furanic acid content in the oils and fats contained in the soybeans; and uses of the modified soybeans. The present invention relates to modified soybeans in which the content ratio of furanic acid in the oils and fats contained in the soybeans has been reduced by genetic mutation.
