Abstract:
This space debris orbit changing method comprises: a step for observing space debris floating in outer space; and a step for irradiating the observed space debris with solar light condensed by an irradiation satellite provided in outer space. In the step for irradiation with solar light, the solar light condensed at a condensing device installed on the ground is reflected by the irradiation satellite and is emitted to the space debris. In the step for observing the space debris, the space debris is observed by an observation device installed on the ground.
