Provided is a laminator that can be installed even in a narrow space. A laminator of an optical function film with a panel member, wherein a portion of a conveyance path of two optical function films pasted to both sides of the panel member is configured so as to be superposed in the vertical direction or configured so as to be juxtaposed in the lateral direction. The laminator is provided with: a panel member transfer line for conveying the panel member from an inlet to an outlet; a first pasting unit provided between the inlet and the outlet; a second pasting unit provided between the inlet and the outlet closer to the outlet side than is the first pasting unit; a first film transfer line for supplying an optical film laminate from the lateral direction to the panel member transfer line between the first pasting unit and the second pasting unit and conveying same to the first pasting unit; and a second film transfer line for supplying a second optical film laminate from the lateral direction to the panel member transfer line between a first film supply unit and the first pasting unit and conveying same to the second film transfer line.
