Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of vibration reducing techniques for power equipment and electricity transmission lines, and more particularly, relates to a spacer employing an energy-dissipating eddy current consisting of a spacer frame, a cable clamp and an energy dissipation unit. The spacer of the present invention has general functions of existing spacers, and is also capable of reducing vibrations of electricity transmission lines. The invention also employs an eddy current and a viscoelastic material to perform energy dissipation, thereby effectively reducing vibrations, particularly torsional vibrations, of electricity transmission lines. A gear radius ratio is adjusted to increase a magnitude of the eddy current so as to increase a damping force. A damping parameter can be adjusted by adjusting a magnetic field strength of a permanent magnet. The invention employs the permanent magnet to provide a continuous magnetic field and does not require an external energy input, thereby achieving long-lasting stable vibration reduction effects. The invention employs a magnetic conductive material, such that magnetic leakage of a magnetic circuit can be effectively prevented, thereby increasing the damping efficiency of the eddy current, and preventing peripheral components from being affected. The invention has reasonable design and a simple structure, and can be produced and installed conveniently.
