Title:
SPECTACLE LENS PROCESSING METHOD AND SPECTACLE LENS PROCESSING PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/123915
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A processing method of a spectacle lens (11, 40) which has an electronic element (22, 42) that overlaps with an optical element (21, 41), and obtains a dimming effect, by supplying electrical energy to the electronic element through a terminal portion (23) disposed on one surface (21a, 41b) in the front-rear direction involves a thickness adjusting process executed by acquiring internal dimension information on a holding portion in a frame (12) having holding portions (17, 45) that sandwich and hold the peripheral portion of the spectacle lens from the front and back, acquiring thickness information on the peripheral portion of the spectacle lens processed into the outer shape corresponding to the frame, determining, on the basis of the internal dimension information on the holding portion and the thickness information on the peripheral portion of the spectacle lens, the interference region (Q, Q1, Q2) of the peripheral portion of the spectacle lens that does not fit in the holding portion, and removing the interference region on the other surface (21b, 41a) opposite to one surface of the spectacle lens. This makes it possible to easily assemble the spectacle lens to the frame without being restricted by the thickness of the peripheral portion of the lens.
