Abstract:
This speed adjustment assistance device 1 calculates jerk per unit time from the difference in acceleration between the shafts of an industrial machine 2 during a control cycle, compares the calculated jerk with a permissible jerk for each of the shafts stored in advance, and, when it is determined as a result of comparison that the jerk was in excess, creates excess information including at least an excess state and an improvement means and assists with adjustment work for a parameter relating to the speed of the industrial machine 2 on the basis of the excess information.
