Abstract:

A spherical object falling cushioning device, comprising a flow limiting tube assembly (20) and a center post assembly (10). The flow limiting tube assembly (20) comprises a flow limiting tube (21), a direction changing joint (22), and a ball outlet tube (23). The diameter of the flow limiting tube (21) is greater than the diameter of the ball outlet tube (23). The inner surface of the direction changing joint (22) is a conical surface (27). The center post assembly (10) comprises at least a center post (12). The center post (12) is disposed in the flow limiting tube (21). A flow guide region (13) is provided between the flow limiting tube (21) and the center post (12). A plurality of gravity flow guide grooves are provided on the outer circumferential surface (14) of the center post (12). The spherical object falling cushioning device can limit, guide, and cushion a spherical object (1) during falling, so as to avoid damage to the spherical object (1) or a bin caused by collision due to excessive falling speed of the spherical object (1), and has a good protection effect on the spherical object (1) and the bin entity. Moreover, the device has a simple structure, is easy to install, and has high reliability.
