Abstract:
A spinning forming apparatus for an aluminum inner container (1) of a high-pressure hydrogen cylinder, provided with an industrial control host, a main shaft driven to rotate, a clamping jaw unit controlled to open and close and connected to the main shaft to synchronously rotate, and a forming unit acting on a pipe blank, wherein the forming unit consists of a swing arm and a spinning roller (3) connected to an end portion of the swing arm, and the spinning roller is driven to rotate downwards along the rotating center of the swing arm to press against an outer wall of the pipe blank (11). The forming unit is provided with a feeding servo hydraulic cylinder connected to the industrial control host; the rotating center of the swing arm is driven by the feeding servo hydraulic cylinder to move in a Z-axis direction parallel to the main shaft; the contour shape of the spinning roller close to the pipe blank is set to be an obtuse-angle-shaped folded edge (31); the folded edge is configured to be a round corner (32) which is correspondingly matched with a sealing head (15) and transitions towards a cylinder opening; and the rotating speed of the main shaft, the swing angle of the spinning roller, and the output of the feeding servo hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted along with CNC programming of the industrial control host. A spinning forming method for an aluminum inner container of a high-pressure hydrogen cylinder is implemented by using the spinning forming apparatus for the aluminum inner container of the high-pressure hydrogen cylinder, an aluminum alloy inner container having the diameter greater than 412 mm is manufactured, and the sealing head forming and surface characteristics are excellent, such that winding is convenient, carbon fiber costs are saved, and the cylinder volume is increased.
