Abstract:

A spiral elbow pipe curling device comprises: a base body; a spiral elbow pipe rotating unit installed on the base body so as to fix a spiral elbow pipe perpendicularly to the ground and to rotate the spiral elbow pipe; a spiral elbow pipe support unit installed on the base body and disposed on the periphery of the spiral elbow pipe rotating unit in a rod shape so as to support an end of the rotated spiral elbow pipe; a flange formation unit comprising a roller unit installed on the base body so as to contact the outer surface of the rotated spiral elbow pipe or to be spaced apart therefrom, and a flange bending unit for pushing the end of the spiral elbow pipe supported by the roller unit from the inside of the spiral elbow pipe to the outside thereof such that a flange portion is formed on the end of the spiral elbow pipe; and a curling unit installed on the base body so as to move toward the flange portion formed on the spiral elbow pipe such that same contacts the flange portion and curls the flange portion, thereby forming a curling portion.
