Abstract:
The spiral peeling and slicing device (100, 200) comprises a main body (110, 210) and a blade (120, 220) fixed to the main body (110, 210), a positioning member (130, 230) and a fixing plate (140, 240), the main body (110, 210) comprising a cavity (111, 211) for receiving an object to be sliced or peeled, a through-hole (112, 212) being provided on the side walls of the cavity (111, 211), the blade (120, 220) being mounted and fixed to the through-hole (112, 212) by means of the fixing plate (140, 240), and the cutting edge of the blade (120, 220) protruding to the position of the through-hole (112, 212), the positioning member (130, 230) being provided with a positioning ring (131, 231) for inserting into the entrance of the cavity (111, 211); when the positioning ring (131, 231) is inserted into the cavity (111, 211), the positioning member (130, 230) can rotate in the cavity (111, 211), the positioning member (130, 230) being provided with a positioning block (132, 232) for fixing the object to be sliced or peeled, the positioning blocks (132, 232) being located within the positioning ring (131, 231).
