A spiral sealing apparatus for inner and outer sleeves, comprising a rotating drum (9) mounted on a sealing cover (1), and a fixed inner drum (10) mounted at the outlet of a feed hopper (3); the fixed inner drum (10) penetrates through the central hole of a rotating support (2) and the through hole of the sealing cover (1), and is sleeved in the rotating drum (9) and used for conveying a material in the feed hopper (3) into a stirring barrel; a slit exists between the inner wall of the rotating drum (9) and the outer wall of the fixed inner drum (10); the inner wall of the rotating drum (9) is spirally provided with helical blades (8). By using a sleeve-type structure, and using a pushing force generated during rotation to pushing concrete towards the stirring barrel, the present invention avoids the leakage of the concrete and improves a sealing effect; in addition, a feed drum in the stirring barrel is not needed, the fixed inner drum (10) connected with the feed hopper (3) directly conveys the material into the stirring barrel, leakage is not caused when the sealing cover (1) is opened and closed, and sealing failure is not caused by the elastic stress of a sealing component.
