Abstract:
A sports training apparatus comprises a training element, a loading device, a computing device and a frequency converter, which are all interconnected. The loading device is in the form of an electric motor so as to be capable of providing set dynamic load parameters to the training element through movable elements in accordance with control actions set by the training process. Connected to the loading device are an impulse sensor and a frequency converter, connected to which frequency converter is the computing device that is designed to be capable of reading out information from the frequency converter, processing information and generating a control action in accordance with the training process program. Connected to the computing device is a strain gauge of applied force, and also integrated heart rate sensors and an electrical resistance meter for the skin.
