Abstract:
A spot type fabric printing device, comprising a printing box (11), a glue spreading assembly, and a powder spraying assembly. The glue spreading assembly comprises a glue box (12), a glue spreading roller (13), and an elastic device. The glue spreading roller (13) is mounted in the printing box by means of the elastic device, and located above the glue box (12). The elastic device comprises a fixed plate (20), a compression spring (21), and a rotating shaft (23), the fixed plate (20) and the compression spring (21) are sleeved on the rotating shaft (23), and a bidirectional telescopic rod (22) is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft (23). The glue spreading assembly further comprises a glue spreading motor (17). According to the printing device, the fixed plate having a truncated cone structure and provided with engagement strips, the compression spring, and the bidirectional telescopic rod are engaged with the glue spreading roller provided with rectangular grooves and U-shaped grooves, and thus, the disassembly is convenient, and replacement is facilitated; use of a limiting roller and a limit lifting/lowering rod allows for a tight fit between fabric and spot protrusions, thereby facilitating subsequent powder spraying; use of a printing box door facilitates adding of powder and glue, and maintenance of the interior condition of the printing box; a fan provided with a heater is used to blow off excess powder and accelerate air drying of the fabric.
