Abstract:
A spraying liquid vehicle wax composition comprises the following components: wax, solvent oil, silicone oil, abrasive particles, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 3-phosphoglyceride, silicone grease and water. The composition has the advantages that bonding force between an oil film and a lacquer finish is strong and the protection time is long. A method for preparing the vehicle wax composition comprises: heating to melt carnauba wax at the temperature of 110ºC to 120ºC, adding sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate in the stirring condition, reducing the temperature to 90ºC to 100ºC, adding dimethyl silicon oil, dimethyl silicone grease and kaolin, making the temperature reduce to 40ºC to 50ºC without operations, adding odorless solvent oil, and then conducting cooling to 30ºC to 40ºC, and conducting packaging.
