Provided is a spring string (100), comprising a cloth bag (2) and a plurality of springs (1), wherein each spring (1) is formed by means of a metal wire being coiled into a spiral shape; the cloth bag (2) is provided with a plurality of bag chambers (201) arranged at intervals in the length direction of the cloth bag (2), and the plurality of springs (1) are respectively arranged into the plurality of the bag chambers (201); and the spring string (100) is divided into a plurality of parts in the length direction of the cloth bag (2), and the rigidity of the spring (1) in at least one part is different from the rigidity of the spring (1) in the remaining parts. The spring string (100) is simple in structure, reduces the manufacturing costs, and is suitable for the physiological curve requirements of a human body, so as to improve the comfort level of a mattress. Further provided are a spring (1) and a spring core (200).
