Abstract:
A stainless steel material for solid oxide fuel cells, the material comprising, in mass basis, 0.030% or less of C, 1.00% or less of Si, 1.00% or less of Mn, 0.050% or less of P, 0.0030% or less of S, 22.0-32.0% of Cr, 2.50% or less of Mo, 0.030% or less of N, 0.30% or less of Al, 0.40% or less of Nb, 0.40% or less of Ti, 1.00% or less of Ni, and 1.00% or less of Cu, an effective Cr amount represented by formula (1) being 24.0-35.0%, the remaining portion being Fe and impurities. (1): Effective Cr amount (%)=Cr+2Mo+2Si+5Nb+2Ti-3(2C+3N+Ni+0.5Mn+0.2Cu)
