Abstract:
This invention prevents mis-positioning of staples when driving staples and checks the occurrence of binding problems by smoothly driving staples. The invention feeds the staple (101) to a staple driving position and comprises the staple feeding means (202) for urging the staple (101) to the staple driving position and the staple driving means (332) and (333) for driving the staple (10) into a binding media. By disposing the actuating means for actuating the staple feeding means (202) to urge to feed the subsequent staple (101) linked on the staple (101) by the staple feeding means to the staple driving position, it is possible to prevent the staple (10) to be driving into the binding means by the driver means (332) from being mis-positioned from the driving position by the staple feeding means, and stabilizes the positional relationships of the driver means (332) and staple (101) to check the occurrence of binding problems by smoothly driving the staple (101).
