Abstract:
This start-up device is for a power storage device having a power storage unit. The power storage device comprises a switching control unit for switching between an active state in which the electric power of the power storage unit can be output to the outside of the power storage device or the electric power from the outside of the power storage device can be input into the power storage unit, and an inactive state in which the electric power of the power storage unit cannot be output to the outside of the power storage device or the electric power from the outside of the power storage device cannot be input into the power storage unit. The start-up device comprises a power source unit that is provided outside the power storage device and that is electrically connectable to the switching control unit.
