Abstract:
[Problem] To avoid, without performing a process for masking a resin mold 24, the occurrence of an electrical and mechanical failure of a motor due to the peeling of a coating material from the resin mold 24. [Solution] The stator 20 is provided with an insulating resin mold 24 molded in an arc shape in a state of enclosing a U-phase jumper wire 23U, a V-phase jumper wire 23V, and a W-phase jumper wire 23W, wherein, in the direction of the rotating axial line A, the rear side (opposite direction to an arrow X) end E1 of the resin mold 24 is located closer to the front side than the rear side end E2 of a plurality of flat wire coils 22.
