Abstract:
Disclosed is a steam air fryer, comprising a cooking chamber which is located in the air fryer, wherein a hot airflow generation assembly is provided at the top of the cooking chamber; a water supply system for supplying water to the cooking chamber; and a heating disc which is located at the bottom of the cooking chamber and heats water to produce high-temperature steam diffusing upwards. According to the present disclosure, steam is produced by the heating disc at the bottom of the cooking chamber to achieve steam cooking, making cleaning easy.
