Abstract:
A steam barbecue oven using biomass particles, comprising a barbecue box (100) internally provided with a barbecue grill (101); a fuel tank (200) provided at one end of the barbecue box (100), a hopper (210) and a steam system being provided in the fuel tank (200), the hopper (210) being used for storing biomass particle fuel and providing same to the barbecue box (100), the steam system comprising a steam pipe (261), and the steam pipe (261) penetrating through the barbecue box (100) to input steam into the barbecue box (100); a strip-shaped box (300) partially provided in the barbecue box (100) in a penetrating manner, a feeding port (301) and a combustion chamber (302) being respectively provided at two ends of the strip-shaped box (300), the feeding port (301) being disposed below the hopper (210), the combustion chamber (302) being disposed below the barbecue grill (101), and a conveying device being provided in the strip-shaped box (300) to convey fuel entering from the feeding port (301) to the combustion chamber (302). According to the steam barbecue oven using the biomass particles, steam can be input into the barbecue box (100) in a food barbecuing process, barbecued food is scorched outside and tender inside, and the taste of the barbecued food is improved.
