A steam boiler and a steam car washer comprising same. The steam boiler comprises: a combustion boiler (10) provided with a heating component (20) so as to allow the water flow to flow to the heating component (20) for heating; a water storage cavity (30) provided at an outer side of the combustion boiler (10) and communicated with the heating component (20) so as to allow the water to flow through the water storage cavity (30) and then flow to the heating component (20) for heating and to spill the water vapor generated by heating the water flow into the water storage cavity (30); and a descaling device (40) mounted outside the combustion boiler (10) and communicated with the water storage cavity (30) so as to transport a descaling agent in the descaling device (40) into the water storage cavity (30) and the heating component (20) to remove the limescale therein, thereby solving the problem in the prior art of the low limescale washing efficiency in the steam boiler.
