Abstract:
Disclosed is a steam reheating system for a rubbish incineration furnace, the steam reheating system mainly comprising a grate (1.2), a furnace chamber (1.5), a flue (2) and a heated device (3). The flue successively comprises a first vertical flue (2.21), a second vertical flue (2.22), a third vertical flue (2.23) and a horizontal flue (2.2). The heated device comprises a first-stage evaporator (3.1), a third-stage superheater (3.2), a second-stage superheater (3.3), a first-stage superheater (3.4), a second-stage evaporator (3.5) and an economiser set (3.6). A high-temperature reheater (3.71) and a low-temperature reheater (3.72) are additionally provided, wherein the high-temperature reheater (3.71) and the low-temperature reheater (3.72) are disposed separately, and the high-temperature reheater (3.71) is provided in the horizontal flue (2.2) and located after the third-stage superheater (3.2) and before the second-stage superheater (3.3), improving the flue gas environment at the high-temperature reheater (3.71) to reduce high-temperature corrosion; and the low-temperature reheater (3.72) is provided in the third vertical flue (2.23), reducing the total length of the furnace. This not only ensures that residual heat can raise the steam temperature of the furnace to 450-480℃ and the reheated steam temperature to 400-450℃, but can also improve the safety and reliability of the reheater and the heat-exchange efficiency of the furnace, without needing to add an excessive superheater area, thus reducing the investment costs and area occupied by the furnace.
