Abstract:
A steam valve assembly and a cooking device having same. The steam valve assembly comprises: a communication cavity (3), two ends thereof being respectively in communication with a cooking space and an external space; a shielding structure, movably provided along a first direction so as to adjustably shield the communication area of the communication cavity (3); and a driving apparatus, driving the shielding structure to move along the first direction. The shielding structure shielding the communication area of the communication cavity (3) to different degrees enables to adjust the opening area of the steam valve assembly. The adjustment of the opening area of the steam valve assembly enables adaption to different heating power conditions, avoiding heat loss and water vapor escape while ensuring that heating with a high power reduces cooking time, thereby improving the heating efficiency.
