Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a steaming method of a steamer, a steamer, and a steam iron. The steaming method of a steamer comprises the following steps: heating water in a pot; measuring the temperature of steam in the pot, wherein the steam in the pot has steam on pressure and steam off pressure, the steam on pressure is greater than the steam off pressure, the steam on pressure corresponds to a first temperature, the steam off pressure corresponds to a second temperature, and the first temperature is greater than the second temperature; when detecting that the temperature of steam in the pot reaches the first temperature, ceasing heating the water in the pot; releasing the steam in the pot; when detecting that the temperature of steam in the pot reaches a third temperature, heating the water in the pot, the third temperature being greater than the second temperature and less than the first temperature; and when detecting that the temperature of steam in the pot reaches the first temperature, ceasing heating the water in the pot. Resuming heating at the third temperature can prevent the pressure in the pot from falling below the steam off pressure.
