Abstract:
A steel wire having a special structure, having a circular cross-section and comprising a pre-deformed monofilament (11) and a linear filament (12). The steel wire is formed by helically winding the pre-deformed monofilament (11) and the linear filament (12) with the pre-deformed filament (11) being located in the center. 1 to 3 strands of the pre-deformed monofilament (11) are provided, and 3 to 18 strands of the linear monofilament (12) are provided. The deformation amount of the pre-deformed monofilament (11) is 10 μm to 150 μm. As the pre-deformed monofilament (11) is used in the center, the fatigue life and adhesion of the steel wire are effectively improved and the problem of broken strands of the steel wire is solved. The manufacturing method for a steel wire is simple, and the manufacturing apparatus can be maintained and operated easily, is low-cost, high-yield and suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
