Abstract:
Provided is a steerable hanging basket (9) used for a helicopter rescue, comprising an underwater infrared camera (5), a powered pump (6), a controller (2), a steering motor (7), and a motor hinge (11). The underwater infrared camera (5), powered pump (6), steering motor (7), and motor hinge (11) all are connected to the controller (2); by means of the underwater infrared camera (5), the underwater environment surrounding a person in distress is shot in real time and the image information is obtained; according to the image information sent by the underwater infrared camera (5), the controller (2) controls the powered pump (6) to provide power to the hanging basket (9) so that it moves forward, moves backward, or turns; the airbag (10) helps the hanging basket (9) to float on the surface of the sea, preventing secondary injuries that may be caused during the pulling-up process; the motor hinge (11) converts the four walls of the hanging basket (9) from a laid-flat state to a three-dimensional state, thereby securing the person in distress inside the hanging basket (9); thus the person in distress is prevented from sliding out of the hanging basket (9) while it is being raised, avoiding unnecessary personal injury. the efficiency of maritime rescues is effectively increased and the physical health of persons in distress is improved.
