Abstract:
Steering wheel holding control system- is control and warning system that control the steering wheel holding by the driver during the driving in the vehicle. If there is holding on the steering wheel, so the warning system not alarm. If there is no holding on the steering wheel, so the warning system alarm. In addition, the control and warning system also programmed to control the holding time on the steering wheel in the same position or different position on the steering wheel. The steering wheel holding control system activated in all time of driving. The system contained electric / electronics control unit, warning unit and pushbutton / press switch / sensor unit. The pushbutton / sensor install on and inside the steering wheel in place that the driver holding the steering wheel during driving. All the unit connected, and together they are - steering wheel holding control system.

Claims:

1. control and warning system to holding the steering wheel in the vehicle.

If the control and warning system identified steering wheel not holding so the warning system working.

3. Push hutton/sensor switch/touch sensor or/and touch sensor thermic that install inside and on the steering wheel, activated during driver holding/ no holding the steering wheel during the driving.

The holding/no holding cause to the control and warning system to work.

4.the control and warning system working all the time that the driver driving the vehicle and activated by holding/no holding the steering wheel. The control and warning system that contain control unit, warning unit and push button/sensor switch/touch sensor unit that install inside and on the steering wheel in place that the driver holding the steering wheel and during holding/no holding those place the push button/sensor/touch sensor activated, the control and warning system translate if there is holding on the steering wheel or no holding on the steering wheel during the driving, and reactive straight away, if need warning or not need warning.

Description:

STEERING WHEEL HOLDING CCWNTROL SYSTEM

This invention is control and warning system for holding steering wheel for Drivers in all kind of vehicle at driving time.

This invention it steering wheel holding control system that control and warning steering wheel holding of the drivers, and diagnose if the drivers holding or not holding the steering wheel, In all kind of vehicle at driving time, the system work by control and warning system and touch switch sensor / pressure button / push button that install inside and on in all steering wheel, at location the drivers need to holding the steering wheel at driving time. This components activated during holding the steering wheel by the drivers. During the activity of this components they send electronic command pulse to the control and warning system in order to inspection if the drivers holding the steering wheel during the driving time.

In addition, if there is control that diagnose that the driver holding the steering wheel in the same place duration on the steering wheel, the control and warning system control this holding also.

The control and warning system translat electronic command pulse that send from the touch switch sensor/ pressure button/ push button and react immediately, if the driver is holding the steering wheel the warning system not work, if is not holding the steering wheel the warring system will work.

Possibility for installation touch switch sensor/push button.

This sensor/button system that install on the steering wheel. Install opposite position that the finger holding the steering wheel, and also install opposite position that the palm holding the steering wheel.

1. Main switch system install on the steering wheel, at the interior/neath side on all circumference. The switch system connected line by line of switch controller. Main switch system placed opposite the hand fingers that Holding the steering wheel , holding with the hand finger cause to the switch button to send electric command pulse that cause to the main control system to work.

2. Secondary switch system (addition to section 1) install on the steering wheel at the exterior side on all circumference.

The switch system connected line by line of switch controller.

Secondary switch system placed opposite the palm (hand).

Holding the steering wheel with the palm (hand) cause to the secondary control system to work.

3. it possible to extend the switch button/touch sensor to get more electric command pulse.

The electric command pulses that send to control and warning system from the push button/ sensor that install in the steering wheel will be according to those possibilities.

1. according to signal from the push button/sensor that identify in the control system that the driver is holding the system wheel ,videlicet that the push buttom /sensor on the steering wheel push and activated, in this situation the warning system not working.

2. According to signal from the push button/sensor that identify in the control system that the driver is not holding the steering wheel, videlicet that the push button/sensor on the steering wheel not push and activated, in this situation the warning system thus working.

3. According to signal from the push button/sensor that identify in the control system that the driver is holding the steering wheel successive in the same place duration ,videlicet that the push button/sensor on the steering wheel push successive in the same place, in this situation the warning system thus working.

4. According to signal from the push button/sensor that identify in the control system that the driver is holding the steering wheel in different place, in this situation the warning system not working.

All the action of control command system and action of control and warning system, recursive all the time of driving, videlicet that the warning system not activated if not needed, and thus activated if needed.

All warning system that activated if needed will be turn off if the control and warning system identify renewal of command control on the steering wheel Videlicet, that the push button/sensor reactivated because the Push button/sensor on the steering wheel push again.

All warning system that activated if needed do not stop if the control and warning system not identify renewal of command control on the steering wheel by the push button/sensor.

The control and warning system contained electrical and electronics system, equipment and component for the control system that integrated with the warning system and button/sensor/detector system and power source.

All the equipment and component install in the new vehicle enterprises as built in system that part from the vehicle.

Control and warning system install in the vehicle and the push button/sensor install on and around and in the steering wheel in the location that endowment for Holding the steering wheel by the driver.

1. In time that control system production it programmed in advance by the needed data.

Control system activated according to page 3 section 1, 2, 3, 4 In addition, the control system also programmed advance to holding two hand / one hand when driving.

There is possibility to hold off one hand if needed, to change gear, light and similar action, and also turn the steering wheel in comfortable way, and without activate the warning system.

*voice-horn and buzzer and alarm inside the vehicle, ♦visible-flickering warning light and display on dashboard for the situation. *vibratory-vibratory that activated nearby the driver.

3. The push button system that install in the steering wheel containing push button/sensor switch of many kind, analog, digital and/or touch sensor and/or crystal touch sensor and similar devices.

AH of the above (page 6 section 3) install as single or sequence a round the steering wheel, in place that the driver holding the steering wheel, and activet the control and warning system in mechanical way, electric way and electronics way.

The button/sensor will install in the steering wheel in a comfortable Way to use on the steering wheel.

4. Electric Power source - electric power source in the vehicle and/or external Electric power source , that activated the control and warning system.

Vehicle in use, the control and warning system install at local placing, by fitting that matched to steering wheel.

The push button/sensor and loading/no loading battery (power source) install on the fitting that placed on the steering wheel and control and warning unit install inside the vehicle, and activated by the power source of the vehicle.

The data communication between steering wheel system and the vehicle system will be wireless/or electric wire/and all kind of communication.

The control and warning system install in vehicle and also install in airplane and ship.

With the control and warning system we can monitor all kind of machine that need control holding.
