Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a step-by-step hierarchical adhesive application device for an agriculture and forestry processing residue-based inorganic composite material, and an adhesive application method. The adhesive application device comprises a primary ring-type mixer and a secondary ring-type mixer connected to each other; an agriculture and forestry processing residue feeding pipe is provided at one end of the primary ring-type mixer, and an adhesive solid raw material feeding pipe is provided at the other end of the primary ring-type mixer; a liquid raw material feeding device used for feeding an adhesive liquid raw material into the agriculture and forestry processing residue feeding pipe is mounted on the agriculture and forestry processing residue feeding pipe; a primary mixer discharging port is provided at the end, close to the adhesive solid raw material feeding pipe, of the primary ring-type mixer; a secondary mixer feeding port is provided at one end of the secondary ring-type mixer, and a secondary mixer discharging pipe is provided at the other end of the secondary ring-type mixer; the primary mixer discharging port and the secondary mixer feeding port are connected by means of a connecting pipe. The adhesive application device is high in adhesive application uniformity; the mechanical strength of an obtained composite material is high; and the adverse effect of an adhesive on production devices is less.
