Abstract:
A sterilization device (1) according to the present invention that irradiates an object (2) with an electron beam to sterilize the object (2) is provided with: a lateral electron beam irradiation unit (3) that irradiates the object (2) with an electron beam from a lateral side with respect to an axis direction connecting a mouth part and a bottom part of the object (2) to each other; and a mouth-part side electron beam irradiation unit (4) that irradiates the object (2) with an electron beam from an outside on a mouth-part side along the axis direction of the object (2), characterized in that a lateral dose representing a dose of the electron beam irradiated onto the object (2) in the lateral electron beam irradiation unit (3) and a mouth-part side dose representing a dose of the electron beam irradiated onto the object (2) in the mouth-part side electron beam irradiation unit (4) are different from each other.
