Abstract:
The invention refers to a new loading-unloading trolley provision for sterilizers comprising an external trolley with an electrical supply provision which connects to a corresponding provision on the sterilizer. The external trolley includes electro-moving parts which are inactive when the trolley is not connected to the sterilizer. The external trolley when not connected to the electrical supply provision functions as a simple external transport trolley and when connected to the sterilizer and powered by electrical supply, its electro-moving parts are activated and functions as an electric trolley and automatic loading-unloading device. The purpose of this invention is to create an easy- to-use automated sterilizer loading-unloading system, simple and economical, unlike existing electric trolleys and automatic loading-unloading systems which are either bulky or unusable, complex, require the use of batteries and chargers and at an increased cost.

Claims

[Claim 1] [Amended] Sterilizer loading - unloading trolley provision comprising of an internal trolley (A) on which the materials to be sterilized are placed, external trolley (B) which carries the internal trolley from and to the sterilizer, with electrical supply provision (C) attached to the external trolley (B) including conductive terminals for receiving electric power and thus power up the electrical driven parts of external trolley (B), upon connection of external trolley (B) with electrical supply provision on the sterilizer.

[Claim 2] [[Unchanged] Sterilizer loading - unloading trolley provision in ac cordance with Claim 1 wherein the external trolley (B) has electrical driven parts powered by an electrical supply and activated when the electrical supply provision (C) of the external trolley (B) is connected to an electrical supply provision on the sterilizer.

provision of claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 consisting of: Approach of the external trolley (B) bearing the internal trolley (A) on which the materials to be sterilized are placed, on the loading side of sterilizer (3), electrical in terconnection of the electrical supply provision (C) of the external trolley (B) with a corresponding electrical supply provision (33) or similar to the sterilizer (3), on the loading side, electrical supply of the external trolley (B), start automatic loading process: the electric motor 2

(25) starts and turns the rotation gear (24) which turns the main slip shaft (22) which in turn pushes the cursor (12) in the direction of the sterilizer, the cursor (12) pushes the internal trolley (A) towards the sterilizer, the internal trolley (A) slides on to the slip surface (13) and is fully moved from it to the chamber (4) of sterilizer, the loading door (7) of the sterilizer (3) closes and the sterilization process starts with the care of the sterilizer automation. Since the slip surface (13) of the external trolley (B) does not enter into the sterilizer (3) or the space where the loading door (7) moves, the external trolley (B) may either remain in the place or disconnect, as long as it remains in the same position, it is permanently supplied with electrical supply, all its electrical functions are active and thus acts as an automatic loading unloading provision, each time the loading door (7) opens, whether to carry the internal trolley (A) inside the chamber (4) of sterilizer (3), or to extract the internal trolley (A) from the chamber (4) in order to be reloaded with materials for sterilization. When the external trolley (B) is disconnected from the electrical supply provision, its electrical functions become inactive and is free to be used as a transport trolley in the loading area of sterilizer. After the end of the sterilization process, with the care of the sterilizer automation, the unloading door (6) of the sterilizer (3) opens, approach of the external trolley (B) to the unloading side of the sterilizer (3), the external trolley (B) during unloading process shall not bear internal trolley (A) as it will receive the one inside the chamber (4), electrical interconnection of the electrical supply provision (C) of the external trolley (B) with a corre sponding electrical supply provision (33) or similar to the sterilizer (3), on the unloading side, electrical supply of the external trolley (B), start automatic unloading process: the electric motor (25) starts and turns the rotation gear (24) which turns the main slip shaft (22) which in turn pushes the cursor (12) in the direction of the sterilizer, the cursor (12) finishes at the beginning of the chamber (4), the electrical lock (19) activates and binds the internal trolley (A) located inside the chamber (4), the electric motor (25) reverses the rotation gear (24) which reverses the main slip shaft (22) which in turn draws the cursor (12) which draws the internal trolley (A) outside the chamber (4), the internal trolley (A) slides on to the slip surface (13) and exits completely from the chamber (4) of sterilizer (3), the unloading door (6) closes and the same process is repeated. Since the slip surface (13) 3 of the external trolley (B) does not enter into the sterilizer (3) or the space where the unloading door (6) is moving, the external trolley (B) may either remain in the place or disconnect, as long as it remains in the same position, it is permanently supplied with electrical supply, all its electrical functions are active and thus acts as an automatic loading unloading provision, each time the unloading door (6) opens, or to carry the internal trolley (A) inside the chamber (4) of sterilizer (3), either to extract the internal trolley (A) from the chamber (4) so that it can be unloaded from the sterile materials. When the external trolley (B) is disconnected from the electrical supply provision, its electrical functions become inactive and is free to be used as a transport trolley in the unloading area of sterilizer.
