Abstract:
A sterilizing process used for a sterile filling production line, comprising: providing a first pipeline (25) between a high-temperature hot water circulation system and a sterile water circulation system; pre-cleaning a material circulation system, the high-temperature hot water circulation system, the sterile water circulation system and the first pipeline (25) respectively, and then running each system and connecting each system to the first pipeline (25); when high-temperature hot water is heated to a first sterilizing temperature in the high-temperature hot water circulation system, preserving heat for a first period of time and sterilizing the high-temperature hot water so as to obtain sterile high-temperature hot water; and while the first pipeline (25) gradually replenishes the sterile high-temperature hot water into the sterile water circulation system, gradually reducing the flow of sterile water supplied by the sterile water circulation system in the sterile water circulation system, and at the same time, replenishing normal-temperature pure water into the high-temperature hot water circulation system.
