Abstract:
A sticking method of an adhesive film in which adhesive does not stick out when a
long adhesive film wound around a reel is pulled out and stuck, and gapping and off-core
can be prevented. In the method for pulling out an adhesive film (2) wound around
a reel (3) and sticking it to a sticking object (20), a cushion portion (16) is provided
at the core section (15) of the reel (3). The cushion portion (16) is composed of
a material having an expansion ratio in the range of 5-40. A cushion portion (16)
having a thickness of 0.5-3 mm may be employed. An anisotropic film having viscoelasticity
of 6x104 Pa•s or less is suitable as the adhesive film (2).
