Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stirring apparatus for a pot capable of automatically stirring the content of a large pot used in a cooking facility for providing food to groups, thus obviating the need for a cook to stir continuously with a paddle and allowing safety-related accidents caused by the hot soup to be prevented, and having stirring blades which are: vertically movable to allow the ingredients to be easily added into the pot as well as to prevent any injury to the cook due the stirring blades; detachably coupled to the driving motor to allow the stirring blades to be hygienically maintained and allow stirring blades of differing sizes to be selectively used according to the amount of soup being prepared; positioned in the upper and lower parts of the interior of the pot, each rotating in opposite directions, to allow the solid ingredients in the soup to be evenly mixed without sinking; and connected together, the two stirring blades, to a single driving motor to facilitate movement and allow expenses to be reduced.
