Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a stirring and mixing device for processing plastic products, belonging to the technical field of plastic stirring, and solving the problems of uneven heating of raw materials and poor stirring and mixing effect when a plastic product stirring device is heated, and the technical characterizing points thereof are that: a stirring tank is included, a rotating electric motor is mounted on the top of the stirring tank, a motor shaft of the rotating electric motor is connected to a stirring shaft by means of a coupling, the stirring shaft is arranged inside the stirring tank, a stirring shaft sleeve is welded at the bottom end of the stirring shaft, mounting plates are welded onto the stirring shaft sleeve, and stirring pipe sleeves are provided in through holes of the mounting plates. The present invention has a compact structure and is easy to assemble; and in the present invention, under the drive of a stirring shaft, while driving several stirring pipe sleeves to rotate, it is also conducive to the heating of heating rods in the stirring pipe sleeves, and stirring is performed in cooperation with a stirring plate frame arranged at the outer side, so that the plastic product raw materials in the stirring tank are mixed and stirred in multiple directions; and therefore, the stirring effect is good, and it is also conducive to the formation of turbulence of the plastic product raw materials in the stirring tank, thereby facilitating uniform heating.
