Abstract:
A stop position-based protection method for an ATO-controlled train passing a neutral section. The method comprises: step 1, acquiring real-time train information; step 2, determining, according to the real-time train information, whether or not an ATO-controlled train can safely pass a neutral section; and step 3, if it is determined that the ATO-controlled train cannot be guaranteed to pass the neutral section, determining a stop position that satisfies a neutral section passing condition of the ATO-controlled train according to neutral section information, comfort level control, and an information list regarding an incline ahead of the train. The invention comprises determining, according real-time information, whether an ATO-controlled train can safely pass a neutral section, and if it is determined that the ATO-controlled train cannot be guaranteed to pass the neutral section, determining a stop position that satisfies a neutral section passing condition of the ATO-controlled train, while ensuring that the ATO-controlled train can pass the neutral section at a suitable speed after starting again. Further disclosed is a stop position-based protection system for an ATO-controlled train passing a neutral section.
