Abstract:
The present application provides a storage unit and a storage array. The storage unit comprises a first storage subunit formed of a volatile storage medium and a first word line and a second storage subunit formed of a persistent storage medium and a second word line; a first storage unit and a second storage unit share a bit line; the volatile storage medium is used for temporarily storing data of the storage unit; and the persistent storage medium is used for permanently storing the data of the storage unit. The storage unit of the present invention has a high-speed read-write ability, also has a permanent data storage ability, can be produced by simply improving existing storage units, and has low production costs.
