Abstract:
A straw discharging device for a biogas digester, wherein an air cylinder (10) is fixedly mounted on an inner wall of a second mounting opening (9) of the device, a second connecting block (16) is fixedly connected to a lower surface of an air pressure rod (15) of the air cylinder (10), and a first mounting block (18) is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the second connecting block (16); a lower surface of the first mounting block (18) is provided with a second sliding groove (19), the surfaces of two sides of the second sliding groove (19) are each provided with a third mounting opening (20), and a second threaded rod (21) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the third mounting opening (20); and two ends of the second threaded rod (21) have opposite thread rotation directions, an outer surface of the second threaded rod (21) is in threaded connection with a first clamping block (26) and a second clamping block (27), and upper end surfaces of the first clamping block (26) and the second clamping block (27) are slidably inserted and connected to an inner wall of the second sliding groove (19). The discharging device can realize automatic discharging of straw for a biogas digester.
