The present application provides a strength training machine. The strength training machine provided in the present application comprises a main body; the main body comprises a support and a pulling assembly provided on the support, the pulling assembly comprises a pulling belt assembly, a counterweight mechanism and a guide assembly; the counterweight mechanism comprises a resistance adjustment assembly, a driving wheel and a guide assembly, the pulling belt assembly comprises a pulling belt and two puller assemblies; a first end of the pulling belt is guided by the guide assembly so as to be connected to a fixed end of the support, a second end of the pulling belt is connected to the driving wheel, the driving wheel is driven by the resistance adjustment assembly to rotate, and the puller assemblies are provided between two ends of the pulling belt; the guide assembly comprises two guide units, the guide units are provided between the driving wheel and the fixed end, the pulling belt passes through the guide units, the two puller assemblies are respectively connected to belt segments of the pulling belt passing through different guide units, and the puller assemblies are used for an exercising person to apply a pulling force. The strength training machine of the present application has high applicability.
