Abstract:
A strength training machine, comprising a first support (100), a second support (200), and a first connecting assembly (300). The first connecting assembly (300) comprises a connecting handle (310); a first end of the first support (100) and a first end of the second support are each provided with a counterweight mechanism (450); a second end of the first support (100) and a second end of the second support (200) are connected by means of the connecting handle (310) so that the first support (100) and the second support (200) can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state; in the unfolded state, the two counterweight mechanisms (450) are located in the same plane; a push rod structure (800) is provided at one of the bottom of the first support (100) and the bottom of the second support (200), and the push rod structure (800) is used for applying a push force to the other to separate the first support (100) and the second support (200). The strength training machine can be folded by a single hand and is convenient to fold.
