In the present invention, a plurality of elastic filaments (21), which are arranged so as to extend in one direction (X) without crossing each other, are joined, over the entire length thereof, in a substantially non-extended state, to an extendable sheet material (20). A stretchable sheet (2) that is stretchable in the one direction (X) and a non-stretchable sheet (3) that is partially joined to one surface side of the stretchable sheet (2) are included. The stretchable sheet (2) has high basis weight sections (22) and low basis weight sections (23) that are arranged alternately in the one direction (X). Seal parts (4) to which the stretchable sheet (2) and the non-stretchable sheet (3) are bound are formed intermittently in the one direction (X). The ratio (A/C) of the distance (A) between the edges of the seal parts (4) adjacent in the one direction (X) to the distance (C) between the centers of the high basis weight sections (22) adjacent in the one direction X is 0.2-20. In a contracted state, protruding ridge parts (31) extending in a direction (Y) orthogonal to the one direction (X) are formed in the non-stretchable sheet (3) between seal parts (4) adjacent in the one direction (X).
