Abstract:

This stretched film is obtained by continuously and obliquely stretching, in a direction in the range of 5-80˚ from a width direction, a melt-extruded film comprising a block copolymer hydride [2] which has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 45000-150000, which has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of not more than 1.5, and which is obtained by hydrogenating at least 90% of all unsaturated bonds of a block copolymer [1] comprising: at least two polymer blocks [A] having, as a main component thereof, repeating units derived from an aromatic vinyl compound; and at least one polymer block [B] having, as a main component thereof, repeating units derived from a chain conjugated diene compound. Furthermore, when wA is the fraction of the total weight of the polymer blocks [A] in the whole block copolymer, and wB is the fraction of the total weight of the polymer block [B] in the whole block copolymer, the ratio (wA:wB) of wA to wB is in the range of 50:50 to 75:25.
